International payment services provider Ozforex Group Ltd (ASX:OFX) today announced a set of appointments to its executive team, including a new Chief Operating Officer and a new Chief Technology Officer.
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Richard Kimber, who assumed the top role on June 1, 2015 announced that Adam Smith would become Chief Operating Officer, effective October 6, 2015. Mr Smith takes over from Jeff Parker, who has moved to the role of Chief Wholesale Officer.
Adam Smith has more than 20 years of experience in top tier financial institutions, most recently as Co-Head of ANZ ETFS. He has also held a set of commercial and operational positions within ANZ Global Markets, Macquarie Group and Deutsche Bank. He has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology (Sydney).
In addition, OzForex appointed Mr Craige Pendleton-Browne as Chief Technology Officer, to commence in his new role on November 16, 2015.
Ms Kirsten Pollard was appointed Head of People and Culture, effective immediately.
