Mauritius-registered Forex broker Alpari International Limited today announced the pending closure of nano.mt4 accounts, as the company seeks to optimize its product offering.
From December 1, 2015, the opening of nano.mt4 and demo.nano.mt4 accounts will be unavailable.
On December 4, 2015, at 23:59:59 EET, all positions left open on such accounts will be automatically closed at the last trading session quote for the corresponding instrument and pending orders will be deleted.
On December 7, 2015, all funds remaining in nano.mt4 trading accounts will be transferred to transitory accounts.
The broker notes that there are two other types of accounts for the MetaTrader 4 platform – fix.mt4 and pro.mt4, and that these will not be affected by the planned changes.
