The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has added one more company to its Investment Caution List.
The latest entry is Bulls & Bears Traders / Bulls and Bears LLC, a company that offers its clients a raft of investment services in the equities and Forex segments, promising suspiciously high returns.
The company operates via https://bnbtrades.com, claiming to have offices in the United States and British Columbia. The latter claim has drawn the attention of the BCSC, which warns that the firm is not licensed to provide investment services in the province and to target BC residents.

The regulator also notes that a British Columbia resident was able to open an account to invest with BnB.
The watchdog urges BC residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in BC, or that are offering unqualified securities in BC.
