The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today published a warning against Bullet Investment, operating via https://www.bulletinvestment.com/.
The Cypriot watchdog notes that the company is not permitted to provide investment and ancillary services in Cyprus, pursuant to Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law, as it has never been authorized by the CySEC. In addition, no notification has been received by a competent authority of another Member State.
The “Terms and Conditions” section of the website in question shows an address in UAE, as well as a claim that the company, which provides various Forex services, is regulated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. However, the space for the license number is left blank.
The CySEC urges investors, before conducting business with investment firm, to consult its website to confirm the entities that are in fact authorised to provide investment services in Cyprus.
