Offshore retail Forex broker Gold Pegasus, operating as GPFX, has discontinued its operations earlier this week.
The company, registered in the following address in the BVI, P.O.Box 957, Offshore Incorporations Centre, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, cited “various circumstances” for its decision to exit the business completely.
While active, the company used to target Japanese investors. Earlier today, Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA) added Gold Pegasus (GPFX) to its list of foreign businesses that offer their services to Japanese investors without the proper authorization. The warning came a little too late, as the company stopped operating four days earlier.
The single thing that appears on GPFX’s website https://gpfx-ins.com now is a short message on the company’s decision to halt its operations.
