France’s financial markets regulator AMF earlier today updated its “Black List” of unauthorized binary options brokers. These companies, although lacking the necessary regulatory permissions, target French investors.
The latest version of the list includes 244 websites, which is an impressive number. Furthermore, the watchdog notes that the list is far from exhaustive.
And yet, the number of entries in this version of the “Black List” is lower than the 247 entries featured in the previous version. The regulator has indeed removed some names from the list.
To provide at least a couple of examples of companies that are stricken off the lineup of unauthorized binary options brokers, let’s mention the brands of Cypriot investment firm AMFF Ltd. Binary options brands FaceOption and 24xp are no longer blacklisted in France.
