Since its launch in September this year, the web version of the popular trading platform MetaTrader 4 (MT4) has become a part of the offering of a growing number of Forex and CFD brokers.
The latest company to adopt the solution, which works on the major web browsers, is FXOpen UK.
The broker announced the addition to its offering on Monday – its clients should no longer download anything to trade on MT4. Instead, they can simply login through a web browser. This new functionality is available to all new and existing clients and will be especially useful for Mac OS users who can now access their trading account on their preferred Mac devices.
The MT4 Web Trader supports both ECN and STP accounts offered by the UK broker.
To login to the FXOpen Web Trader, go to webtrader.fxopen.co.uk.
The web terminal supports all modern web browsers with versions in the list and newer:
- Internet Explorer 11;
- Microsoft Edge;
- Google Chrome 43;
- Mozilla Firefox 34;
- Safari 8;
- Opera 32.
