FXStreet is back with the eighth edition of the popular Trader of Year Demo Contest, sponsored by Hantec Markets. It is a simple contest where participants trade on a Demo account, and the best performers at the end of the competition period, win various prizes. There will be 5 eventual winners, with prizes up to $10,000 in trading accounts up for grabs, alongside many other exciting gifts. The Trader of the Year contest starts on October 12th, at 9:00pm GMT, and ends on November, 14th at 10:00pm GMT where all positions will be closed, and Profit and Loss (PnL) realized. Registration opens on September 9th.
The minimum age for taking part is 18, and the competition is open to residents of all nations aside from the US, Iran, Syria and North Korea. Contestants must open a demo account with Hantec Markets via the FXStreet website. They will start with USD 10,000 of virtual funds and have a leverage of 1:100. Contestants are free to use all features available on the Hantec MT4 trading platform and use any Expert Advisors, so long as they are ethical. A live scoreboard of the top 10 traders will be displayed on both FXStreet and Hantecfx.com throughout the contest. This contest is powered by FXBlue.
