Hong Kong’s financial regulator the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has updated its Alert List, which features the names of businesses that are unlicensed in Hong Kong and are believed to be, or to have been, targeting Hong Kong investors or claim to have an association with Hong Kong.
Added to the SFC Alert List is the company Fujitsu Global, operating at www.fujitsu-global.com.
According to the SFC, Fujitsu Global uses a bank account in Hong Kong in the name of Centric Limited for settlement. It is apparently associated with Asian Mercantile Exchange, another unlicensed entity on the Alert List.
The SFC Alert List can be seen here.
