Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), the leading global network of exchanges and clearing houses, fresh from spinning off Euronext announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement with ULLINK, a provider of electronic trading and connectivity solutions to the financial community, for the combined sale of NYFIX and Metabit, both units of NYSE Technologies.

This agreement completes Intercontinental Exchange’s previously announced intention to divest certain non-exchange related assets of NYSE Technologies.
