Italy’s financial markets regulator Consob has earlier today published another set of warnings against investment businesses that are not authorized to target Italian residents but nevertheless do so.
The latest additions to the warning list include: Worldwide Safe Investment Limited, Binaytion, Worldwide Security Investment Limited, Mtn Global Ltd, Mtn Worldwide Services Limited, Marshall Software Ltd, Marshall Advanced Innovation Ltd, Yamix Marketing Ltd, and Sep Global Ltd. The list includes unauthorized binary options and Forex brokers.
Consob warns that:
- Worldwide Safe Investment Limited, Binaytion and Worldwide Security Investment Limited are not authorized to provide investment services in Italy in any way, including via https://highfrequency.trade;
- Mtn Global Ltd and Mtn Worldwide Services Limited are not authorized to offer investment services in Italy in any way, including via www.byrix.com;
- Marshall Software Ltd and Marshall Advanced Innovation Ltd are not authorized to offer investment services in Italy in any way, including via www.ksftrade.com;
- Yamix Marketing Ltd is not authorized to provide investment services in Italy in any way, including via www.algobanque.com;
- Sep Global Ltd is not authorized to offer investment services in Italy in any way, including via www.fxsep.com.
