New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has recently updated its list of Unregistered Businesses, with the latest addition to the list being Union Markets Limited, also known as FXUM.
Via its website www.fxum.com, the company offers a variety of Forex services to English-speaking and Chinese-speaking clientele.
The “Company Profile” section says that the broker has been registered in New Zealand since 2009. The regulator notes, however, that this is not the case and advises that investors refrain from investing funds with the company in question.
