Optimal Payments Plc (LON:OPAY), which in August completed a $1.2 billion acquisition of Skrill, today announced a planned date for an Extraordinary General Meeting, at which its shareholders will vote on a proposed change of name.
The company proposes to change its name from Optimal Payments Plc to Paysafe Group plc.
Shareholders will also vote on the adoption of new memorandum and articles of association.
The adoption of the resolution concerning the proposed changes to the memorandum and articles of association of the Company is conditional on the admission to listing of the Company’s ordinary shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admission to trading on London Stock Exchange plc’s main market for listed securities.
