Just over one year after joining FX technology specialist PrimeXM, Richard Bartlett has been prmoted to Head of Global Sales.
Assuming his new position this month, Mr. Bartlett is now responsible for worldwide sales of PrimeXM’s liquidity bridge & XCore solution, which in essence is a bridge aggregation system provided by the firm.
Mr. Bartlett joined PrimeXM in September 2013 from Cyprus-based Hot Forex, where he held the position of Global Head of Sales. His inaugural position at PrimeXM was Global Business Development Manager.
Prior to his tenure at Hot Forex, Mr. Bartlett spent four years as National Sales Manager at Geko Direct, a British business to business cellular communication partner of multinational telecommunications provider Orange. In 2011, Geko Direct went into liquidation, resulting in the loss of 110 jobs, across all three sites which were situated in the Midlands region of the United Kingdom, with operations in Telford, Stoke on Trent and Birmingham.
Before joining Geko Direct, Mr. Bartlett spent three and a half years in the security systems industry. Based in Sydney, Australia, he served as Regional Sales Manager at ADT Security Australia where he was responsible for 3 residential sales teams and 1 B2B team throughout New South Wales.
