First Derivatives plc (LON:FDP), a provider of trading technology, which just a week earlier announced the formation of its research arm FD Labs in Ottawa, has reported a transaction in its shares.
Through a transaction that took place on September 15, 2015, Slater Investments Ltd has increased its holding in First Derivatives from 938,779 shares to 963,500 shares. This way, Slater Investments’ stake in First Derivatives now equals 4.10%.
The holding corresponds to 149,000 direct and 814,500 indirect voting rights.
One share in First Derivatives traded at 1,302.45p at the moment of publication of this article. This is 0.77% down from yesterday’s market close.
