The Tokyo Financial Exchange (TFX) just announced its January volumes and the decline from December continues.
The trading volume of Three-month Euroyen futures in January was 125,959 ( – 26.3% MoM / – 56.2% YoY) and its average daily volume was 6,629.
The total trading volume of Exchange FX Margin contracts (Click 365) in January was 3,168,720 ( – 4.4% MoM / – 26.8% YoY) and its average daily trading volume was 150,894.
The total trading volume of Exchange Equity Index Margin contracts (Click kabu 365) in January was 574,532 ( + 35.1% MoM / – 30.6% YoY) and its average daily trading volume was 27,358.
Combined trading volume for all TFX products was 3,869,211 ( – 1.0% MoM / – 29.0% YoY) and its average daily trading volume was 184,881.
