ThinkMarkets, the global multi asset brokerage, has announced its first educational partnership with the London School of Economics’ Student Union Trading.
ThinkMarkets will support LSESU Trading Society in its trading needs, providing continued expert insight with daily and weekly analysis. It will offer their unique and vast catalogue of educational tools including in-house seminars, webinars, trading guides, and subject-specific comprehensive reports to the participants.
The partnership will further contribute to ThinkMarkets’ drive to ensure the future generation of the FX community grow with expert knowledge from the outset of their careers.
The partnership will give students the opportunity to participate in a series of educational seminars held by ThinkMarkets’ Chief Analyst Naeem Aslam covering real-life market strategies and teaching students how to build and develop their own trading strategy. These seminars will focus on market fundamentals and will analyse and study the impact that influential key events, such as Brexit, US elections and the regular data on Non-Farm payrolls, have on the industry.
In addition to the seminars there will be a competition between all the participants sponsored by ThinkMarkets.
Commenting on the partnership, Naeem Aslam, Chief Markets Analyst, said:
I was blown away by the passion and commitment shown by the members. Despite studying full-time on very in-depth and challenging courses, everyone was really focused and determined on building their trading knowledge.
We have a number of really interactive sessions where we covered intermediate and advanced technical tools to help members make better decisions when choosing their next trades. It reminds me of my earlier days and I believe these types of partnerships will have longer-term time benefits for members as they give them a real insight into how global markets operate regardless of their future career choices.
Nauman Anees, CEO and Co-Founder at ThinkMarkets, added:
Education is key for the future of the FX trading community and this partnership will ensure that these aspiring students will have the right knowledge to make informed trading decisions. We are proud to associate courses with the LSESU Trading Society and collaborate with them to provide knowledge for the industry’s future traders. If this is a success, we are looking forwarding to expanding the project to further student group across the country.
