Provider of real-time business flow performance monitoring and analysis solutions Velocimetrics today announces the appointment of industry expert Kevin Covington as an advisor to the company’s senior leadership team.
In Velocimetrics, Mr Covington will assist in taking the firm through its next stage of growth as it aims to accelerate its investment into expanding its product offering in the trading, market data and payment processing arenas. In doing so, he will help the board develop strategies to maximise the potential of Velocimetrics’ real-time business flow monitoring and analytics technology.
Mr Covington is recognized for his profound market expertise. He has nearly 30 years of financial services experience, including recently serving as ITRS’s CEO. Ranked for the past two consecutive years in the top 40 worldwide of Institutional Investors Trading Technology’s most influential people, Mr Covington continues to serve as a mentor, advisor and non-exec director for a portfolio of FinTech firms.
