Decentralized Vision, the blockchain company that developed the PumaPay PullPayment Protocol, has just announced its collaboration with Wix.com Ltd. Wix has chosen to add PumaPay’s PullPayment Protocol, a blockchain payment method, as one of its billing methods to Wix, which could enable its merchants to accept payments in PMA via their Wix websites.
PumaPay and its PullPayment Protocol have attracted global attention earlier this year as the project raised over $117 Million in its private sale. The collaboration with Wix is another major milestone in the company’s roadmap, after PumaPay’s listing on HitBTC.
PumaPay’s PullPayment protocol provides flexibility of crypto payments in day-to-day transactions through super-fast transaction processing time, and low fees. PumaPay, when fully developed, will enable multiple payment scenarios – from traditional one-time transactions and scheduled payments to restricted and pay-per-use transactions, which are impossible on the blockchain today. After integrated with Wix, Wix users will have the possibility to implement PumaPay payment scenarios on their websites, enabling their customers to pay in PMAs.
Wix and PumaPay share the vision of providing merchants with the best online business experience,” commented PumaPay CEO, Yoav Dror. “While Wix enables small businesses to easily integrate payment methods to their businesses online, PumaPay offers the potential for them to accept payments in cryptocurrencies hassle-free, avoiding the pains of traditional payment solutions, such as transaction fees, chargebacks and associated fines, and long transaction consolidation timelines. We’re excited about the potential of this collaboration.
We welcome the opportunity to add a new payment option,” added Eric Benayoun, Head of Payments at Wix. “We continually strive to offer our users new and alternative means to reach additional customers and enhance the buying experience. We believe our collaboration with PumaPay will help us provide an additional layer of payment options to benefit both our users and their customers.
