The exchange was registered as Type 1 Financial Instruments Business Operator on 18 April and it is now accepted as a member of the Japan Securities Dealers Association, according to the official press release. The ODX shareholders include SBI PTS Holdings (70%), Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (20%), Nomura Holdings (5%) and Daiwa Securities Group (5%).
